Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of event projects, from conception to execution and post-event analysis.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring their vision and brand objectives are met.
  • Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and timeline adherence for multiple projects.
  • Coordinate with creative, production, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring successful and on-time project completion.
  • Ensure all events comply with safety regulations and company standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in event management or project management, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of brand activation, experiential marketing, and disruptive technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
