Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, presentations, and detailed follow-ups for meetings and engagements

Requirements

  • 7+ years of executive assistant experience, with at least 3+ years directly supporting a CEO in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to interface effectively with board members, investors, and senior leadership
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
