Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leaders, including managing complex calendars and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread high-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, conferences, and events, handling all logistics and agenda preparation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact, screening calls, emails, and visitors, and managing information flow efficiently.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Proactively anticipate executive needs and independently resolve operational and administrative issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite or senior executives in a fast-paced, global professional services environment.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant collaboration tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, resourceful approach to challenges.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and a positive attitude.
