Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managing complex calendars and scheduling.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda creation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and correspondence with high discretion.
- Assist with project coordination and various administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the financial services or a fast-paced corporate environment (5 Year+ experience).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
