Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
  • Manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Facilitate communication between executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
