Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events for executives.
- Arrange domestic and international travel logistics and prepare itineraries.
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with project coordination, research, and various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a global company.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English and German.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
