Job Overview
Connexus Recruit is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to join their team in Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland. This mid-senior level role involves providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to leadership, ensuring smooth business operations and contributing to the company’s strategic growth.
Company Overview
Connexus is a Dublin-based talent consultancy partnering with Irish growth-stage businesses (typically 25–250 employees, €5m–€50m revenue) at pivotal moments of scale, transformation, and leadership change. We support commercially critical hiring across Marketing, Technology & Digital, Finance, Transformation and Executive leadership-roles where the impact on revenue, culture and strategic direction is significant. Our work goes beyond traditional recruitment: we provide structured market insight, salary benchmarking and targeted search to engage high-calibre, often off-market talent, enabling boards and leadership teams to make informed, lower-risk hiring decisions. The outcome is stronger leadership capability, clearer organisational direction, and talent strategies aligned directly to business performance and growth objectives.
