    Job Overview

    We are looking for an experienced, proactive Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative and operational support to the Office of the SVP, Fashion. The role requires exceptional organisation, discretion and the ability to operate at pace across executive communications, travel and diary management, event coordination, and strategic reporting. The EA will act as a trusted partner to the SVP and a professional ambassador to senior stakeholders across the Group and external partners.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage complex calendar, meetings and travel for the SVP and Fashion leadership.
    • Prepare and quality‑assure executive decks, reports and meeting materials.
    • Take accurate minutes, maintain action logs and follow up on directives.
    • Coordinate internal engagement and leadership events with People Partner and comms.
    • Share timely internal/external updates and monitor travel/costs for efficiency.
    • Act as a discreet point of contact for senior stakeholders and external partners.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years’ EA experience supporting senior leadership (fashion/retail experience is a plus).
    • Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and strong written/verbal English. Additional regional language is a plus.
    • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, able to manage competing priorities with urgency.
    • Proven event and travel logistics experience; high standards of discretion and professionalism.
