Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s complex calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Act as a primary point of contact and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as required by the CEO.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
