Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founder & General Manager.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence with high accuracy.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items and deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, minimum 2 Year+.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
