Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Head of the Office, managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit confidential correspondence, detailed reports, presentations, and other critical documents for executive review.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, expertly screening calls and emails and handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate and organize high-level meetings, including meticulous agenda preparation, accurate minute taking, and diligent follow-up on action items.
- Assist proactively with special projects, in-depth research, and various ad-hoc tasks to directly support the strategic objectives of the executive team.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all executive, client, and company-related matters.
Requirements
- Proven, extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative support role, preferably within a fast-paced professional services environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with an impeccable attention to detail and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with other relevant administrative software.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, proactivity, and initiative in a demanding setting.
