Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing general ledger accounts and ensuring accuracy of financial records.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes efficiently.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies.
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and various management reports.
  • Aid in compiling documentation and supporting information for internal and external audits.

Requirements

  • Entry-level experience or a fresh graduate with a keen interest in general ledger accounting.
  • Strong foundational understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced FMCG environment.
