Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train a team of housekeeping staff and supervisors.
- Implement and maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation across all areas.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Develop and execute deep cleaning schedules and preventative maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with Marriott’s brand standards and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar executive housekeeping or supervisory role, preferably 5+ years.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in local language (Macedonian) and English.
