Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs and strategies.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization.
- Facilitate engaging workshops, coaching sessions, and e-learning modules for employees at various levels.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented training programs and provide detailed reports on outcomes and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with department heads and leadership to align L&D initiatives with overall business objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar Human Resources role.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in utilizing e-learning platforms and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
