Key Responsibilities
- Direct communication and coordination with external entities approved by the Dubai government for institutional excellence and service development.
- Identifying and classifying the main and sub-services of the organization according to the client segment.
- Coordinating workshops to implement official external evaluations.
- Following up with relevant departments in the organization to implement the recommendations of external bodies.
- Preparing initial reports with outputs from the results of questionnaires, including recommendations and areas for improving performance and services.
- Reviewing suggestions from clients and coordinating with relevant departments to study and evaluate the possibility of implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or Business Administration or equivalent.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (speaking and writing).
- 0 – 2 years of experience, including one year in the field of service and operations development.
