Key Responsibilities
- Achieve targeted retail vehicle sales and profitability.
- Manage the full sales process, facilitating new vehicle sales.
- Record and track all customer enquiries in the dealer management system.
- Ensure seamless customer transactions, meeting expectations within agreed timelines.
- Support the line manager to maximize profitability of each sale and maintain showroom standards.
- Handle vehicle registration processes as per each Emirate’s requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Strong knowledge of sales process, product knowledge, and customer-facing roles.
- 3–5 years’ experience in car sales with proven exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong negotiating skills, including handling finance and trade-in deals.
- Problem-solving abilities with experience in managing complex situations.
