Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive management.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format reports, presentations, and other confidential correspondence.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Coordinate office supplies and manage office equipment maintenance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar high-level administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and proactive approach.
