Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate tenant data and build strong relationships with retail tenants.
• Address tenant complaints and operational challenges promptly.
• Ensure tenant compliance with regulations and lease policies.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure stores are well-maintained and safe.
• Coordinate with various teams for tenant fit-outs, marketing events, and billing queries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in retail, real estate, mall operations, or tenant relations.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
