Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating export shipments and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Support the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to final delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with logistics partners, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, inventory, and customs declarations.
  • Help resolve any operational issues related to export or supply chain activities.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic understanding of export/import procedures or a keen willingness to learn.
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal.
