Key Responsibilities
- Receive export orders from sales coordinators.
- Obtain approval from finance and interact with the sales team for payment issues.
- Coordinate with the storekeeper for material availability.
- Prepare commercial invoices and packing lists.
- Arrange third-party inspections if required.
- Coordinate with logistics for container/trailer booking and shipment tracking.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of UAE experience in export coordination or international logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with logistics management systems.
