    Key Responsibilities

    • Support daily facilities and hospitality operations.
    • Handle FM-related calls, emails, logs, and issue follow-ups.
    • Coordinate with security, cleaning, and building management.
    • Support HSE activities, audits, and compliance requirements.
    • Manage visitor hospitality, supplies, and inventory.
    • Provide general administrative support (access cards, stationery, parking, calls).

    Requirements

    • Secondary School qualification.
    • Minimum 2 years experience in Facilities or Hospitality Management.
    • UAE government or semi-government experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of HSE and FM standards.
    • Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
    • Must be an Emirati.
