Key Responsibilities
- Support daily facilities and hospitality operations.
- Handle FM-related calls, emails, logs, and issue follow-ups.
- Coordinate with security, cleaning, and building management.
- Support HSE activities, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Manage visitor hospitality, supplies, and inventory.
- Provide general administrative support (access cards, stationery, parking, calls).
Requirements
- Secondary School qualification.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Facilities or Hospitality Management.
- UAE government or semi-government experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HSE and FM standards.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Must be an Emirati.
