Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee facility operations and technical support across diverse projects.

• Identify and implement enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce utility costs, and promote sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in facilities management, technical support, or related engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of building systems, utilities, and asset management principles.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare detailed reports, and identify areas for operational improvement.
• Knowledge of relevant environmental regulations and sustainable facility practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
