    GMG is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and maintenance of non-retail facilities, including warehouses, factories, labor camps, e-commerce, and logistic centers. The role involves ensuring all aspects of building maintenance are considered to carry out preventive, reactive, corrective, and pro-active maintenance of Chillers, HVAC & MEP services. The candidate will ensure the maintenance team is deployed effectively for delivering quality and timely services and manage specialist sub-contractors for service delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and lead the maintenance of non-retail facilities, including Chillers, HVAC, and MEP services.
    • Manage specialist sub-contractors to ensure timely and quality maintenance services.
    • Meet with business unit representatives and stakeholders to address requests and complaints, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure all work orders are completed and closed in the Revo/CAFM system with customer satisfaction confirmation.
    • Conduct periodic inspections of buildings, identify abnormalities, and prepare summary reports with recommendations.
    • Monitor building electricity and water consumption daily and report to management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
    • 8-10 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance facilities/facilities management.
    • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and maintenance practices.
    • Proficiency in facility management software and systems.
    • UAE Driving License (Light Vehicle).
    • Good computer and presentation skills.
