Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance, and repair activities across multiple outlets.
  • Manage and supervise a team of facilities staff and external contractors, ensuring high performance.
  • Ensure all facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company standards.
  • Coordinate with various departments to support operational needs and new facility projects.
  • Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs for all equipment and infrastructure.
  • Manage budgets for facilities upkeep, procurement of supplies, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Facilities Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management principles, building systems, and maintenance best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Proficiency in using facilities management software and tools for tracking and reporting.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
