Facility Management Coordinator

Job Overview

BESIX is seeking a Facility Management Coordinator to oversee daily inspections and ensure quality and compliance of contractor works in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing snagging, site observations, and warranty tracking, as well as monitoring MEP/ELV systems. The ideal candidate will liaise with clients, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure effective project and facility management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections and walkthroughs of building facilities.
• Monitor and inspect building contractor completion of ongoing works.
• Prepare and monitor snag and site observation lists.
• Prepare and monitor warranty lists for assets.
• Review all closed Defect Notification Reports (DNRs) and update records.
• Prepare asset condition reports.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Building Services.
• 5+ years of experience in Construction or Facility Management.
• Experience in Handover of Contract preferred.
• Experience in Testing and Commissioning of Building Assets and Systems preferred.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office.
• Experience in AutoCAD/BIM drawing preparation is preferred.
