Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Family Law fee earners.
- Manage complex diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and court forms with high accuracy.
- Liaise effectively with clients, counsel, and courts, maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring compliance and easy retrieval.
- Assist with billing processes, expense management, and time recording for fee earners.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Legal PA or Secretary, with specific exposure to Family Law preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and professional interactions.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal case management software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage a busy workload, and work effectively under pressure.
- A high degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
