Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic commercial plans to expand Rappi’s market share.
- Identify, onboard, and manage key accounts and strategic partnerships.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Commercial Executive or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced tech or e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of the Latin American market and digital commerce landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong business acumen and analytical abilities.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
