Chalhoub Group is seeking a Fashion Consultant to join its Kuwait team. This role is focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience, achieving sales targets, and supporting customer engagement initiatives. You will play a vital part in enhancing brand image while contributing to the company’s ongoing success as a leader in luxury retail.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.
• Support CRM, customer experience (CX), and in-store initiatives.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and trends.
• Promote loyalty programs such as MUSE and assist customers with app offerings.
• Capture and maintain accurate customer data.
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and SOPs.
• Drive client relationships through an omni-channel approach.
• Support with in-store marketing events and brand activations.
• Stay updated on brand campaigns and social media activities.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in fashion retail, luxury, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
