Job Overview
Chalhoub Group is seeking a Fashion Consultant for Versace at the Dubai Mall. You will be responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience; and ensuring support in the implementation of CRM, CX and other key customer and people initiatives in-store.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect data on customer behavior and product performance.
- Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach.
- Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Promote the MUSE loyalty program and stay up-to-date with app offerings.
- Support in-store marketing events and activations.
- Provide input on what’s working well within the store.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of retail and clientelling.
- Understanding of luxury, personalized customer service.
- Well versed with KPIs and achieving high targets.
- Passion for Versace and understanding of the brand.
