Job Overview

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Fashion Consultant for Versace at the Dubai Mall. You will be responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience; and ensuring support in the implementation of CRM, CX and other key customer and people initiatives in-store.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect data on customer behavior and product performance.
• Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach.
• Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and stay up-to-date with app offerings.
• Support in-store marketing events and activations.
• Provide input on what’s working well within the store.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of retail and clientelling.
• Understanding of luxury, personalized customer service.
• Well versed with KPIs and achieving high targets.
• Passion for Versace and understanding of the brand.
