Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of F&B staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Monitor food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with company and international regulations.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels for F&B items, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the Food & Beverage or hospitality sector.
