You will be responsible for direct customer-facing roles, providing technical consulting, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical consulting and support to customers on construction sites.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and contractors.
- Influence technical decisions at consultant and contractor levels.
- Travel between project sites to provide on-site support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.
- Experience in direct customer-facing roles or technical consulting.
- Strong understanding of construction applications (anchors, firestop, MEP, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
- UAE driving license and willingness to travel between project sites.
