The Foreman will lead the WTI crew, focusing on safety, crew management, and efficient project execution within their region. This role requires delivering timely service to customers and managing exposure to risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily onsite safety briefs before the start of each project.
• Ensure all project communication is completed before project commencement.
• Efficiently manage projects, including crew start and end times and daily productivity.
• Complete projects per the approved scope of work and specifications.
• Monitor and manage Field Reps, consulting with supervisors to resolve employee issues.
• Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
• Thorough familiarity with low-slope and steep-slope roofing systems.
• 30-hour OSHA certification.
• Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred.
• Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
