Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of ZEISS equipment at customer sites.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on product operation and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with ZEISS quality standards and safety regulations.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate service records.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar technical role.
- Strong technical background in optics, electronics, or related engineering fields.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to customer locations within Slovenia and potentially the region.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Slovenian is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
