Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations at the distributor warehouse.
- Supervise van loading, stock movement, and reconciliation.
- Ensure digital confirmation of loads and transfers.
- Support and monitor field sales reps during daily execution.
- Act as the main operational point of contact on the ground.
- Share daily operational updates and handle exceptions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in FMCG field operations or sales supervision.
- Strong understanding of distributor and van sales operations.
- Comfortable working in the field and warehouse environment.
- Good communication skills (English required).
- Familiarity with UAE routes and retail landscape.
- Available to start immediately or on short notice.
