Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date financial records.
- Support payroll processing and expense claim management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate financial reporting related to sales activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finance Administrator or in a similar financial role, preferably with 5+ years.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
