Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all daily financial transactions and accounting records.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts in line with organizational standards.
  • Ensure compliance with FHI 360 policies, donor requirements, and local financial regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage administrative functions, including office logistics and procurement.
  • Provide financial and administrative support to various project teams.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial management systems and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance and administration, preferably within an NGO.
  • Proven knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget management.
  • Proficiency in financial software and strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage multiple priorities.
