    Key Responsibilities

    • Make invoices & sales agreements for new and used cars.
    • Submit claims to banks and follow up on payments.
    • Collect and check bank claim papers for finance deals from sales executives.
    • Maintain records of new and used car invoices and registrations.
    • Submit invoice and registration copies to the Accounts Department.
    • Keep records of sales agreements invoiced and not invoiced.
    • Maintain records of Finance & Insurance campaigns.
    • Provide excellent customer service.
    • Maintain standards required to meet business objectives.
    • Establish and sustain effective relations with key customers.
    • Drive customer satisfaction by translating dealership objectives to exceed expectations.
    • Suggest innovative approaches to customize customer relation’s solutions.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction to establish repeat sales & referrals.
    • Promote AGMC to create public awareness of commitment to customer satisfaction & service excellence.
    • Ensure adherence & compliance to policies, procedures, ISO standards, Health & Safety requirements, ethical code of conduct & values.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
    • Relevant certifications or training in finance, insurance, or automotive sales is an advantage.
    • Previous experience in finance, insurance, or automotive sales is preferred.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative abilities.
