Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and financial planning activities.
- Support audit processes and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Supervise junior finance staff and provide guidance and training as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a digital agency or similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
