    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
    • Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and financial planning activities.
    • Support audit processes and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
    • Supervise junior finance staff and provide guidance and training as needed.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a digital agency or similar fast-paced environment.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
    • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
