Key Responsibilities

  • Drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting for operational departments.

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational finance.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making in supply chain and logistics.
  • Ensure robust financial controls and compliance within operational processes.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting activities for relevant operational units.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role in an operational context.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive financial performance.
