Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily financial operations, accounting functions, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local financial regulations, international accounting standards, and company policies.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
  • Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize financial performance and support business growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven extensive experience as a Finance Executive or in a similar senior financial leadership role (10+ years).
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in an independent capacity and as part of a global, multicultural team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
