Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and cash flow management.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Assist in financial analysis, due diligence, and feasibility studies for new development and investment projects.
- Maintain precise financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams on financial strategies and project funding.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finance Executive or in a similar financial management role (5 years+).
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and as an integral part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all financial tasks.
