    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting accounting processes.
    • Help with the preparation and processing of invoices and expense reports.
    • Provide administrative support for legal documentation, filings, and contract management.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial and legal policies.
    • Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to finance and legal matters.
    • Support general office administration for the finance and legal departments.

    Requirements

    • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
