Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team, overseeing daily financial operations and report preparation.
• Organize and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee company budgeting, forecasting, and cost control; analyze performance against budget and provide improvement recommendations.
• Establish and maintain robust internal control systems to ensure compliance, financial safety, and operational efficiency.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decisions, including investment evaluation, capital planning, and risk assessment.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners to ensure smooth coordination and compliance.
• Continuously optimize financial processes and systems to enhance management effectiveness and overall team performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, financial management, or a related field, including team management experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and various financial/accounting software.
• Accounting or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
