Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day finance operations including AP/AR, invoicing, payroll coordination, and expense management.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow reports, and financial dashboards.
- Support fundraising processes including data room preparation, financial DD, and investor reporting.
- Partner with sales, operations, and product teams to improve pricing, revenue tracking, and cost discipline.
- Maintain accurate financial records and monthly close processes.
- Build and maintain financial models covering budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with financial operations, reporting, and forecasting.
- Strong Excel / financial modeling skills; comfort with modern finance tools.
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and commercial judgment.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- UAE experience and familiarity with local compliance and VAT is a strong plus.
