Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Lead the preparation of financial statements and liaise with auditors.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and financial risk.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar senior financial role (10+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and relevant software.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a finance team.
