    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries.
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and budgets for project and organizational needs.
    • Ensure compliance with donor regulations, organizational policies, and local financial laws.
    • Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
    • Support financial planning and forecasting activities to optimize resource allocation.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within an NGO or international development context.
    • Solid knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS) and financial reporting.
    • Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with excellent communication abilities.
