Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify invoices against purchase orders.
- Follow up on statements of account from suppliers.
- Prepare government payments before the deadline.
- Reconcile payments against supplier statements of account.
- Process payments through an escrow bank account.
- Address creditors’ queries promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Graduate in college (degree in accounting).
- Proficient in English communication and computer skills.
- Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures.
- Minimum 2 years to 3 years’ experience in a similar role in any five-star hotel.
- Ability to converse & communicate with internal & external guests with confidence
