Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets for management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and company policies.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, reconciling transactions promptly.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and audit preparations.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or in a similar accounting role (5+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
