Job Overview
Language Talent Solutions is seeking a Financial Analyst (Statutory) for a 6-month renewable contract in Kuala Lumpur. The role requires an experienced finance professional to manage statutory reporting, audits, and reconciliation while ensuring compliance with international standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance, Business, Tax, Legal, and Operations teams to finalize statutory financial statements.
- Prepare financial statements and audit packs in line with local requirements.
- Perform analytical reviews, variance analysis, and statutory-to-GAAP reconciliations.
- Manage government reporting deliverables accurately and within deadlines.
- Evaluate and improve financial processes for greater efficiency and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in external and commercial audit.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Proficiency in SAP or Oracle and MS Office.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Immediate joiner preferred.
