Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the collection of information required to develop, analyze, and/or modify financial plans.
- Drive standardization and automation in reporting tools and act as a liaison between Corporate and the Sectors/Business Units.
- Monitor and report financial performance, analyze and interpret operating results, investigate variances, and evaluate their effect on operations.
- Develop tools for early identification of financial problems and make recommendations for resolution.
- Prepare analyses and provide support for the quarterly earnings releases and calls.
- Support in SOX audits, controllers on Audit activities, and timely closure of findings identified during the audit.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent required. Master degree preferred and/or CPA, CMA.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance, accounting or related field, and strong Financial Analysis skills.
- Demonstrated ability to establish & implement processes and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel Skills. Knowledgeable in MS Office, Hyperion Planning/HFM knowledge.
- Ability to build a positive rapport and attitude with personnel throughout the worldwide organization.
